Policies and
Procedures
-Photo release forms and all paperwork must be signed up front before any
pictures will be taken

-In addition to a minor release form ID of the parent/guardian will be required

-Any Glamour or Nude photography will require copy of Photo ID, verifiable
contact information, and all payment due upfront

-Credit (via pay pal), cash, cashiers checks, and personal checks are accepted,
however, all checks will be cleared up front BEFORE any pictures will be taken

- All proofs will be given via pictage.com, to show detail and quality of the
pictures, but to protect photographers rights unless otherwise arranged.

-All pictures (and this site) are copyrighted to the PHOTOGRAPHER unless
otherwise stated, violators will be prosecuted

-Non refundable deposits are required at time of shoot booking, and will not
reflect on price of packages or prints

-If an appointment must be rescheduled it must be within four weeks of original
booking date or a new deposit is required

- Final payment is required at time of Shoot, except weddings which will be due
one week prior to wedding date

complete set will be given in the new client paperwork packet
